AI Fire Suppression Facility for Electric Vehicle Jointly Developed & Manufactured by Songuo was showcased for the first time in South Korea from August 28 to 30 at the 17th Resource Recycling Industry Exhibition.
With the rising market share of electric vehicles, incidents related to lithium battery fires are increasing. This is especially true in enclosed spaces such as underground parking lots and warehouses, where smoke evacuation is difficult and access for fire trucks is limited, necessitating effective solutions while market demand continues to grow. Songuo collaborates with multiple overseas specialized institutions to develop advanced AI fire extinguishing products and systems for electric vehicles, integrating infrared sensing, control algorithms, and data transmission technologies.
This debut product can monitor, control, and record continuously for 365 days, detecting 99% of smoke or sparks within 30 seconds of a fire outbreak and releasing fire extinguishing agents. Additionally, it can automatically alert fire departments and sound alarms to minimize losses in both lives and property.
