The United Nations is one of the largest international organizations in the world. The United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM for short) is a procurement activity carried out by various United Nations agencies to complete the tasks of peacekeeping, humanitarian relief and development assistance projects and their own office needs. Its procurement is characterized by large amount and scope. Broadly, procurement includes two parts: goods and services, involving tens of thousands of goods and services in 28 major categories and 457 subcategories.

At present, there are about 16,000 companies in the UN supplier pool, of which less than 200 are Chinese companies. The total supply is less than 1% of the total procurement of the United Nations. The annual supply amount is far lower than that of other developing countries such as India. The review conditions for becoming a United Nations Procurement (UNGM) supplier include indicators such as enterprise qualification, products, production capacity, quality assurance, and global service network coverage.

Currently, Songuo China's application is in progress.
