Songuo Motors carried out interview on the first operators of production line

With the increasing development of project and expansion of company scale, SONGUO currently is busy with preparing the work of pre-production of SSM project. Human resources department carried out recruitment in many ways, and through initial selection, there were fifty-one applicants in total who are qualified to get access to written examination and interviewing.

 


On the morning of Nov. 2nd, 2018, fifty-one applicants, under the arrangement of HR department, were taking closed-book examination in New Energy Equipment Industrial Complex. This examination mainly focused on the professional knowledge of vehicle assembly, and assessed qualification of the applicants and selected the excellent ones.

After the written examination, the applicants came to visit SONGUO show room, and knew more about SONGUO’s R&D process, product planning, industry prospect and product positioning illustrated by the project manager. Through viewing SONGUO 2018 new SUV model, electrical cargo car and hit experiment of high polymer material, the applicants were confident in SONGUO’s future development and were looking forward to joining in SONGUO family.

 


In the afternoon, Wang Jinhua, vice president of Songuo Motors and Li Shize, head of R&D department carried out strict and professional interviewing on these applicant, select the excellent ones to work for SONGUO.

The subsequent recruitment and training of new employees would be launching smoothly.
